Just because these players aren’t in the Premier League doesn’t mean they aren’t producing premier highlights.
In the EFL Championship, recently relegated Watford had a midfield stunner against West Bromwich.
Striker Ismaila Sarr hadn’t scored for his club since last season when he netted one against Manchester United in November.
Further down the totem pole, Boreham Wood FC, a 5th-tier team (I don’t think that’s considered pro anymore), got a top-tier save from their goalkeeper.
The shot itself was a beaut, but the one-palm save is the stuff of legends. Someone should check the keeper’s glove for Elmer’s.
